At JDev Puja Mart, we aim to provide high-quality puja essentials with full transparency and trust. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds
- Products once opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for return or refund.
- Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- If you choose to return an unopened product, additional pickup/handling charges will apply.
- Products damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened or used items.
- Puja items that lose purity after opening (incense, kumkum, sindoor, prasadam items, etc.)
- Perishable spiritual products.
- Gift items.
- Personalized or custom-made orders.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Shipping/return pickup charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund may take a few working days to reflect in your bank account.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider (sometimes delays may occur).
- If still unresolved, contact us at jdevpujamart@gmail.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
To request an exchange, email us at jdevpujamart@gmail.com with order details and photos.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please send it to: JDev Puja Mart , Near Durga Mandir , Tatisilwai , Ranchi , Jharkhand.
Customers must bear the shipping or pickup cost for returns.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
